I’ve been a patient here since I was little (I’m 42 now). I will come here forever because this is by far the best dental practice ever! The staff are exceptional (today I had Hannah as my hygienist and she is so sweet, friendly and gentle, and Dr James did my exam. He is so personable, knowledgeable and also very gentle.) The front desk staff are so friendly, and had quick answers to some complex insurance questions. They took the time to talk with me and explain everything. Overall, the care provided here is second to none, but it’s the people who make this place exceptional. Thank you for your wonderful care!
The Doctor Bonar family business is top notch! They have been my family’s dentists for over 25 years. They are always on the cutting edge of technology and giving advise to what options we have. The other side of this family team is that when you go in for an appointment they take time to make sure you are comfortable and understand what the process of your procedure will be. They always give time for questions. If you are looking for or need a dentist, don’t look any further just make a call to their helpful, friendly office staff. I am so thankful we did many years ago and haven’t looked any further.
By far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Tom is incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. I always feel like he really listens and is highly compassionate. Esther is also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I don’t like going to the dentist but they make it not so bad. Check in is quick and easy, and they always run treatments through insurance and is transparent with cost which I really appreciate. My appointments have always run on time, and they have been able to squeeze me in for an emergency. I would definitely recommend this dentist office!
Having had serious issues with dental practices in the past, I had put off care for years before finding Pacific Crest. I was anxious going in, but there was no need to be. They were understanding of my anxiety and took great care of me. They didn't suggest any unnecessary work, and we're not judgemental of the work that needed to be done because of my lapse in care. They've since become my primary dental care provider, I've been back for routine care multiple times and will keep coming back
